No matter how impatient we are, all it takes is a few beautiful blooms and it is well worth the wait and the world is good again! Beautiful---thanks for posting them! And I got my glass glitter today, so off to the cellar after dinner to cut myself! ;) LOL!!!!
OMGosh, I love the photos especially the Lily of the Valley. I have been wanting to plant some here but I can't find them. They are so pretty and smell so heavenly.
I'm so glad that the rain has ceased and that everything is blooming in New England.
After the music and the flowers, I think you will have to peel me off the pavement after I faint...
I need lovee to take me on a date... And pretend he is a Bee Gee or somthing - I know Adam Lambert is doing this version of If I can't have you - but you know what I mean ;)
Yes! Life does sparkle and shimmer and glimmer and gleam! And I love it! Whether I'm making art, working with fabric, paper, ink and vintage findings - or working on a theatre piece - or sewing like an ecstatic dervish on a new art quilt - I'm always attracted to what shimmers just out of sight...the ghosts of sparkle and the rich dignity of decayed splendor.
Sparkle!
Shimmer!
Glimmer!
Gleam!
