I just received this super Valentine from Peggy at Peggy's Mixed Up Art! How much fun! Love the rhinestone maracas and red foil turban embellishment - but most of all, that fab calypso skirt made from crepe paper fringe!
Isn't getting fun art mail the best part of the day?!
