These are a few of my favorite (pink) things...

raindrops on (pink) roses ...

and whiskers on (pink) kittens ...

bright (pink) copper kettles ...
and warm (pink) woolen mittens ...

(pink) paper packages tied up with strings ...

but, these are a few of my favorite things ...

Okay. So head over to Beverly's Pink Saturday and see what else is being offered up by the fans of all things pinkalicious!

Oh, my! If wigs could talk, what tales they'd tell!

Now go make something beautiful!

You're gonna love this......Yesterday on the way to the hospital ((we left here at 4:30 a.m.)) anyway.....on the radio they were talking about the passing of Fess Parker & they were playing the song Davy Crockett. That song kept banging in my head all day at the hospital!! So now you have given me a different one to bang in my head!! LOL!!
Great Post!! I'll take the pink kitten!! ((Big surprise there))...

Hoboes (sic) and Harlots.....what a terrific and so-Tristan ending to the rest of your pink entries.

Love it! And, yes, that song is now running through my head too.
Nice little ditty, but not over and over.

I misread the book title, I thought it said, "Hobbits and Harlots"....what?????? LOL Love those old books and the covers. We used to have this great book store across the street from the public library and when I was a teen, my friends and I would go in there just to read the titles. My favorite was "The Sexy Spacemen." What a hoot!!!

Hey hey Yogi Bear, your Boo Boo has arrived from the land of Once Upon a Fairyland. I'm a good friend of Anita's and she pointed me towards your world. I'm also a writer on the very famous blog NOWHERE with Anita and Ruben and friends.
Yes, believe it or not, I'm just a child at heart. My childhood home is Once Upon a Fairyland. I love gnomes, fairytales, creative writing and art. Your work is out of this world, and that's why I love it.
Thanks a million for signing up to be a follower...yikes!
I'll be back and back, once you've captured this girl with the curl, she's a faithful one.

Pink always makes me happy, especially on kittens! I have been so MIA this last month traveling. I didn't even know you had a giveaway! I missed all my blogging buddies but now I am home for a whole month before I leave again. Time to catch up. Love all the pics and of course the insightful commentary.
Hugs,
Amada

TRISTAN! Fabuloso! I found myself singing along, inserting PINK in monotone. How do you find these images. And does your own Lovee ever tire of your wit? Last photo, second blonde from the left is in serious need of a good lift and support bra. Just sayin. And yes, Rosie was eating a cherry tomato. She also loves strawberries and gets them all over her face.

Hi Tristan My Friend...
I love this post. I will be singing this song the rest of the evening, it will be stuck in my head. Thank you for sharing. I love the pink woolen mittens.

Nope I was not able to fix my problem. I changed my blog from approval to open. Before on my dashboard when comments came in I could see them, and there was a reject or publish check box. All of that is gone from my blog. I could not see any comments at all. The only way that I could see them was to change my setting. I do not like having it open and not approved as I have been getting some nasty comments from some porn site, but I will just have to go in and delete them when I see them, as I couldn't fix the problem and really bloggers have nobody to contact when we are having a problem. Well, if the nasties get to bad, I may have to close shop. I don't think I want to try to start all over again.

Thank you for checking up on me friend. I so appreciate your willingness to help.

Hope you had a beautiful Sunday. Country hugs...Sherry
