In Saalfeld, Germany, Volka and Christa Kraft hang 10,000 hand painted
Easter eggs on their family's massive apple tree. Since 1965, they have
had over 1 million tourists travel to see their wondrous Easter display, celebrating
the return of Spring and the resurrection of the Christian messiah!

Oh Tristan, I am so glad to see you back! And thank you so much for coming over to my blog. I don't know if I'll be able to respond personally this week -- things are a little crazy with Rick's recovery, Easter, appointments and as you can see, I'm late visiting you. But I'm so glad you caught up with me.
I love every image you shared here. You know, this year I didn't even get my Easter postcards out? Well, when you're not at home to enjoy... but I missed them and so I'm extra happy to see so many wonderful ones here.
What a slacker I am in the egg tree department! Maybe next year!
