Charming Folder to Welcome Spring!

 Leslierahye has shared her charming project on the Altered Arts Blog today. I love little folders - especially when they have pockets in which to tuck special little treasures!

 All the directions are there, as well as how to obtain all the necessary supplies, if you don't happen to have them in your stash!
