My little 8 lb. Maya, the Chihuahua mad dog, also had her nose buried right against my back last night...cold and wet!! Mr. Peanut likes the "tamale," the bedspread rolled on the floor. Not too cold here yet, rainy @ about 52 degrees, but will get a bit cooler tomorrow, so better prepare for 2 cold noses!!
Emily, my 17 1/2 year old kitty, would agree with Dusty, I'm afraid. She is right now on my bed, asleep on the heating pad, hoping I don't put her outside anytime soon. And it's not even THAT cold here. Still, who doesn't like to be nice and toasty?
Tristan.... You have to get Dusty to lounge under an electric blanket!! I bet he would love it. My Boyz sleep under the blanket with me every night. Yep, a bit pampered & I adore them!! Dusty is absolutely adorable!! Give him a nuzzle from me!! Love, Marilyn xxoo
Ah!!! Poor little Dusty, he is too cute. Get the heat going will yah. We just rescue our little Max (maltese) in December and if he doesn't like something he sits there and growls until it is FIXED!! LOL...
You MUST learn to love the feeling of merino wool sweaters! My mom crochets them for me and I love the warm snugly feeling. Sooo...She can conserve energy and I don't freeze. :0) hehe
Yes! Life does sparkle and shimmer and glimmer and gleam! And I love it! Whether I'm making art, working with fabric, paper, ink and vintage findings - or working on a theatre piece - or sewing like an ecstatic dervish on a new art quilt - I'm always attracted to what shimmers just out of sight...the ghosts of sparkle and the rich dignity of decayed splendor.
Sparkle!
Shimmer!
Glimmer!
Gleam!

I think Dusty would look great in a little leopard fur coat, don't you? Glam and warm at the same time~
Dusty, if you will just whine all night...Daddy will turn that thermostat up! :)
Mr. T...
This could have been my 4lb Yorkie last night. She had her tiny nose buried into my side all night long. My 24/7 shadow.
SWEET! LOVE IT!

OH what a love bug! Anita
Now that is just way too cute!
My Finley probably envies Dusty - we keep our place at a very 'comfortable' (hahaha) 68F. Not bad unless the wind is howling outside!
Too cute! I just love your site! You come up with the most interesting things! So creative! Have a great weekend! Sherri : )

That little face of Dusty's couldn't be cuter!!! What a sweet, sweet puppy!!
Oh sweet, adorable baby, doesn't Daddy know dogs need warm (perhaps pink?!) furs to cover them up in winter???
